1/4 Ambrotype Woman Unencumbered by the Standards of Beauty freaks Looks like he's wearing a1 4 ambrotype, great portrait of a woman with a lot of character in her face! It's behind mat and glass in full leather daguerreotype case with nicely repaired spine. At some point somebody but a piece of black paper behind the image and then sealed the pieces together. I have never broken this seal. The condition is overall very good antique, or better.. the only flaw I see is the light scratch in the bottom left corner. Boxed shipping
