I like the soft orange color of this one - orange isn't normally my color as I have reddish hair, but this particular orange is quite soft and flattering

Typically you would use about 1 teaspoon of dried for each tablespoon of fresh, but I dont think I would add more than a teaspoon total of dried herbs to this dressing
