This small batch offering utilises a mash comprising rye, malted barley, corn, spelt, and wheat. The distillate rested for the full 9 years in virgin oak casks and is non coloured and non chill filtered. Nose: Vanilla & butterscotch followed by lightly toasted oak and a hint of mulled spice. Palate: Creamy mouthfeel with
