I managed to find where these belts were used and it seems only in the old Sony U-matic recorders so thought would list them

Removed from a clean and well looked after unit there are two channels on a board

Nice clean led loom from the E16 it may well be the same as a B16

I have never seen these normally removed so people are not setting them up it would seem
