The overall colourway is a warmer grey (a bit like “Charred”) and less tonal because of the undyed base colour

they were speckled through the water with green

These were kettle dyed a tonal rusty red brown (its orange ish brownish pinkish red ish!) then speckled and splotched through the water with orange, red, brown and a few specks of violet. Due to the speckling no two hanks are the same. Please alternate if using more than one. This is a great all round DK weight merino soft, lofty and smooshy with a nice
