sako brewery el ambiguo 2023 lambiek geuze 75 cl GIBC2024 the latter giving this batchThis Kattem Gueuze el ambiguo is a "bourbon gueuze" that has been aged for 2 years in bourbon barrels, hence the beautiful intense color and the special wooden touch. It is a very soft gueuze, refreshing but tender, complex but thirst speak. Only water, own hops, barley malt and wheat from the Pajottenland are the raw materials. Unfiltered and re fermented and matured in the bottle for 6 months, this Bourbon gueuze is perfectly drunk from August 2023.
