The nut (1) screws onto the inside of the Blum EcoDrill on the largest part (2). It does not disturb the drilling inside. Dust port fits perfectly on a Festool 27 mm hose PLEASE NOTE: *Installation requires you to drill a 40mm diameter hole into one of the sides of your Blum Ecodrill, this may void your warranty.
