When I contacted support, they just sent me the measurement procedure again which didn't work so I tried a larger size, which was only slightly better but still to short and too narrow for my toes to lay flat and straight as they should

(Note: if you find a dresser with three drawers on top, its easiest to lose the center drawer and still have two functional drawers on each side that would be ideal)
