The velvet is beautiful quality with no damage

80's Plaid and Paisley Skirt Set by That’s Me! 70s bmx I almost don't know where80s suit by thats me! 100 % rayon fabric that feels like a lightweight flannel. Tagged size 11 12 , made in the USA. Dark green and black plaid with red paisley print. Victorian Styled top with slight leg of mutton sleeves, high neckline with military style metal buttons. Top is peplum style but Im not sure that you can wear it untucked and theres is a slight flaw in the way the hem is sewn on the back, see photos. Skirt closes with double button
