The skirt also has an elastic over a band of solid color silk crepe - this may be a replacement but I have seen other Bieff pieces with this same detail so I believe it is original as well

I love the high boat neck that gives the shoulders such a flattering line. Simple sleeves end just below the elbow and the bodice is fitted and nips in.
