Victorian Black Silk Floral Bonnet with Ribbon Ties 80s yellow sweater Appears to be a cotton/This style perches atop the head, so it's basically one size fits all. Hat is horseshoe shaped and measures 7. 5 side to side and 6 front to back. Height of crown is about 3". Ties are each 21 long. Fabric is silk ribbon over a horsehair base with wire underneath to shape it. No label. Very good condition with no damage to body of hat, ribbon ties are somewhat frayed.
