I love the elaborate and intricate band of gathers that goes across the back and circles to the front

Azzedine was so private at the time that the actual runway show was not even formally announced

The jacket is meant to be loose and over sized balancing the more fitted and shorter skirt

This elaborate and wonderful top is in outstanding condition and is truly a marvel

Spring 1994 Christian Dior by Gianfranco Ferre Jacket w Metal Accents Couture Runway Rare Both pieces are fully linedI love this jacket and think it is a beautiful example of Ferre's work during his time as Creative Director for Dior. The twin of this piece walked the runway and I have included the video of the piece in its debut as well as a still capturing it on the catwalk. The tag is numbered which for the boutique line label usually denotes a custom order or an order by an established client during this time period. On the runway this was one of the pieces that
