It is incredible to think that this little beauty would have originally been intended to be worn only in the house as perhaps a light house coat or hostess dress for the day as it makes for a beautiful little day dress for a modern girl

It is still very white in color and appears to have never been worn

It is made from a ribbed black knit that has a touch of elastic in it giving it both stretch and a touch of support if you choose to go bare underneath

The bodice is gathered above a nipped in waist and it has a built in corset
