40's Souvenir Necktie with Real Fur Appliqué by Ami Jo Of Fairbanks, Alaska brocade vietnamese h i p : 38"Never before in my 15 years of selling vintage for myself, and others, have I ever seen a necktie with fur! This super rare necktie was originally a souvenir, or 'Novel Ties' from Fairbanks, Alaska. It comes on a french blue color, muted silk or rayon weave fabric. It's a fairly narrow style necktie and has no details other than the front design. This design features a large, standing bear next to a cabin on stilts (to keep the bears away?) and both
