80's Silver Neckwire with Blue Decorative Accent bib necklace couple flaws to note1980s neckwire that is adjustable to fit any neck size. the ends have a small decorative finish with a blue accent. showing there are markings on the piece yet I cannot 100% say sterling because the markings are not clear.
