1970s Delmar Couture Raw Silk Safari Trouser Suit Maxi_Skirt_Set This is another bespoke creationThis two piece, couture made trouser suit was designed in the 1970s and were popularised by luxury French designers Ted Lapidus and Yves Saint Laurent. Drawing on the safari styling that was so in vogue during this era, it features wide lapels, chunky tonal buttons and patch pockets which close with silver tone metal buckles. The jacket is tailored from raw silk in rich buttery beige with tonal stitching. It is fully lined in peach viscose acetate.
