The skirt is fantastic with a huge panel of fabric that swoops along one hip like a forties swing dress

The start detail n this dress is of course that row of huge buttons - all decorative but with the illusion that it buttons into place

Over this a floating panel of chiffon sits attached across the shoulders with tiny flat knife pleats - so difficult to execute perfectly with this type of fabric

The metal buckled belt cinches in the waist even more and you get the distinct feeling that once that belt comes off its no holds bar
