Stiff net base is covered in a blue grey voile fabric which is gathered and draped. Crown is very deep, measuring 4 inches while the brim curves down 5 1 2 inches with another 1 2 inch of fabric. It appears to have been designed for a wedding. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches. Label is Modernette, Stix, Baer and Fuller. Stix, Baer and Fuller was a department store chain in St. Louis, Missouri that
