but I checked the Vintage Fashion Guild Label Resource and it turns out this label was used in the 1940s and again in the 1960s

This blouse has some wear on the lace at the shoulder as a testament to how sweetly delicate she is

Condition: Excellent vintage condition (belt loop string is broken)

There are some blue spots which I can't tell if its part of the print or something in the fabric ran

Large 70s butterfly collar and keyhole front leading to a line of buttons to fasten the dress together. The print is vibrant with many small and large scale flowers. The dress is in great vintage condition! The only flaw would be the elastic at the cuffs have lost their elasticity and now has more of a bell shape.
